Account information: name, email address, and organization details you provide when registering. Usage data: search queries, lead interactions, campaign activity, and device/browser information. Payment data: billing information is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Business data: client records, notes, and files you upload to the platform.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the service; (b) process payments and manage subscriptions; (c) send service-related notifications, including follow-up reminders and signal alerts; (d) improve our features and develop new capabilities; (e) monitor for fraud and abuse; and (f) comply with legal obligations.
TalkTron aggregates publicly available business intelligence from sources including the SEC EDGAR system, USAspending.gov, public company career pages, and public website technology data. This data is used to generate lead profiles and growth signals. We do not collect private personal data from these sources beyond what is already publicly available.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for SMS); (b) legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights; and (c) successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Within your organization, data is shared among team members based on your organization's role and permission settings.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and role-based access controls. Uploaded training files are stored privately and accessible only to authorized users within your organization. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time. Aggregate, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement.
You have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements; (d) export your data; and (e) object to or restrict certain processing. We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We may use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used and to improve user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect platform functionality.
The service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
The service is hosted in the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the service, you consent to this transfer. We comply with applicable data protection laws for international users where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
