By accessing or using TalkTron Intelligence ("TalkTron," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.
TalkTron Intelligence is an AI-powered lead intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available business signals — including hiring data, SEC filings, technology stack changes, and federal contract awards — to help sales and marketing teams identify and act on prospecting opportunities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy below. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change our fees upon reasonable notice.
We offer a 10-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 10 days of your initial subscription purchase by contacting us. After the 10-day window, all subscription fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. This refund policy does not apply to renewals of an existing subscription; it applies only to the first purchase of a paid plan.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the service without authorization; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service or servers; (e) use the data obtained from the service to harass, stalk, or harm any person or business; or (f) resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent.
TalkTron aggregates data from publicly available third-party sources, including but not limited to the SEC EDGAR system, USAspending.gov, company career pages, and public technology detection. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided. You should independently verify any information before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on data presented on the platform.
All content, features, and functionality of the platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the "Why Now" scoring methodology — are owned by TalkTron Intelligence and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform, including client records, campaign templates, and notes. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data you upload.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkTron Intelligence and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TalkTron Intelligence and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data as described in that policy. By using the service, you consent to such collection and processing.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may cancel your account at any time. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
